Frank has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial practice with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Frank is also vastly experienced in estate planning and the drafting of wills and other testamentary documentation and has throughout his years of practice, been very much involved in both commercial and domestic property transactions and advisor for property development projects.

Frank’s strong technical skills combined with his pragmatic solutions driven approach to the law enable him to deliver the best outcomes. Clients regularly seek advice from Frank on a broad range of commercial issues, many of which go beyond the parameters of legal advice.

Despite having been in practice as a solicitor for in excess of 50 years, Frank is no less enthusiastic about legal practice today than when he was first admitted in 1972. 

Frank is a fanatical Essendon supporter and longtime member of both Lawdons and the Dick Reynolds Club.
