Jarrod practices in commercial litigation, estate litigation and corporate and commercial law.

Jarrod’s expertise in litigation includes, recovery of moneys owed in VCAT and the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts, Retail Tenancy and Commercial Leasing Disputes, Estate litigation (including applications under Part IV if the Administration and Probate Act), Corporations Act disputes (including winding up proceedings and shareholder oppression) and Bankruptcy.

Jarrod has instructed in a number of high profile commercial disputes in the Supreme Court and is experienced in preparing matters for trial and settling matters using alternative dispute methods to achieve a commercial and cost effective outcome for clients.

Jarrod’s commercial experience includes drafting contracts for the sale of business/assets, trademark applications, property transactions, contracts of employment, trade practices and consumer law.

Jarrod is passionate about providing excellent client service. He is focused on providing cost effective, pragmatic legal advice tailored to his client’s individual needs.

Jarrod is a member of the Melbourne Triathlon Club and is a 2 x Ironman finisher. Jarrod is also a volunteer Technical Official with Triathlon Victoria. Jarrod is a life long supporter of the Essendon Football Club and a member of the LawDons.
